We never use pressure washing to clean any tile roof. It is true that the Tampa Florida area is a breeding ground for tile roof algae and mildew, but pressure washing is not the best, or the longest lasting way to clean any tile roof.
Pressure Washing merely scatters the spores of this plant that is growing on your tile roof. It does not kill these spores, and that is why tile roofs that have been pressure washed never stay clean as long as our process does.
Think about it ? To pressure wash one roof tile, you have to walk on another one, and all that walking around up there is not good for the integrity of your roof.
From a few spots on the roof, we can spray all of it, and minimize walking around up there.
